Job Description

  • Provide design and creative solutions to the project assigned
  • Provide necessary presentation materials as and when it is required
  • Support Project Leader in the projects from the beginning to full completion
  • Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
  • Present and sell creative solutions to Clients when required
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Min 2 years’ experience in corporate office interior design.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology
  • Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills
  • Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD and/or 3D rendering software and MS Office

Knowledge of Revit will be advantageous

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full spectrum accounts payable and receivable function
  • Handle monthly stock reconciliation
  • Check on all petty cash claims reimbursement
  • Ensure proper maintenance of filing of documents
  • Maintain accuracy of input accounts details into accounting system
  • Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies in invoices
  • Assist in general administration function
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Preferably with Diploma in Accounting field with at least 2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office preferably in Pivot
  • Preferably experience in handling full set accounting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to multi task and meticulous to details

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior design fit-out works
  • Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
  • Liaise with clients/ consultants
  • Liaise and manage submission with building management
  • Manage all necessary authority submissions
  • Work closely with construction team & internal members on all aspects of projects
  • Attend regular site meetings and inspections
  • Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule
  • Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
  • Discussion and negotiation with sub contractors/suppliers

Job Requirement

  • Degree/ Diploma in Construction Management / Interior Design
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs; both commercial and retail.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings
  • Ability to work under dynamic phases and stress
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pre-tender estimate and preparation of tender documents.
  • Taking-off quantities for tendering.
  • Conducting tender exercises for sub-contracting for on-going project including evaluation and award of contract.
  • Pre and Post Contracts administration.
  • Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations.
  • Co-ordination and render support to the project team.
  • Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Recognized Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent from recognized universities
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of QS relevant working experience in Interior Design field
  • Good technical knowledge for measurement, cost estimating and construction technology
  • Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work as a team player and multi-task on few on-going projects/ assignments
  • Resourceful, independent, responsible and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
